Arqana is the key venue for professionals from the horse world. Thoroughbred auctions provide Deauville with international renown. Every year, Arqana hosts 18 sales (a dozen of which are held in Deauville) in the both galloping and trotting racing disciplines.
The Yearling sales in mid-August are hugely successful with buyers coming from around the world.

The Lawn Tennis Club Deauville-Normandie was built following two years of works and opened its doors in the Spring of 2016. Fourteen turf courts welcome both the stars and public.
The complex includes 14 courts which includes a centre court accommodating up to 1,500 spectators. The goal is to organise an ATP tournament in 2017, located between Roland Garros and Wimbledon.
For this first year, an exhibition tournament is organised from the 6th to 11th June 2016 featuring Frenchman Jérémy Chardy.

For motor racing amateurs, discover the Circuit de Deauville, located at the entrance to the town.
The site has 5 tracks: 2 asphalt tracks (800 and 600 metres), 1 track for gliding and safety driving, 1 nautical circuit (800 metres long and 20 metres wide), 15 hectares of dirt tracks for the off-road course.
